Team Captains' Guide

The Team Captains’ Guide is prepared for Team Captains and Co-Captains to perform their administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Most of the Captain’s administrative tools are provided on the Suncoast Tennis League’s website. Tasks like preparing team rosters, reporting scores, accessing schedules, checking start times and statistics (Divisional, team, and individual), and accessing contact information are all done through the website.  Emails are the preferred method of contact. Please show the full name of the Captain, the Team, Club, and Division / Level (e.g. Joe Blow, Meadows Blue, Division 60-1) in any communication.

The web-based Team Captain’s Guide is replacing the Captains’ Handbook. The various activities and guidance a Team Captain might need, prior to and during the season, can be found in the various sections in the Guide.
